| There are thousands of property manager all over the U.S., and it's hard to find them all. You can either tell them about this site or you can List Them. All we need is their company name, city and state located in and we do the rest. |

| Make sure you have entered all fields in the "Search by Distance" box. If your property is a fairly new residence it's possible it's not in the maps database yet. Try a different street number or nearby address. Or use the "Quick Search" feature to find a company by city/state. |

| Why do some property managment company listed not have a profile? |
| |
| This site does not require a property manager to fill out his/her profile. We encourage all property management companies to fill out the comprehensive profile, so that you have a better understanding of what they have to offer. This step saves both you and them time. Our goal is too reduce the time it would normally take you to search the phone book and ask these same questions via the phone. We suggest when contacting companies without a profile that you use our questionaire and ask these questions to help in your decision. |

| What type of fees can I expect to pay when I hire a Property Management company? |

| That depends. A property management company will get your property ready for showing, interview applicants, collect rents, make repairs and help with an eviction process. Typical you are charged a flat fee per month or a percentage of the monthly gross rent for these services. Percentages could range from 5%-15%. Other fees that could be charged outside of this monthly commission could be an initial setup fee, lease renewal fee, early cancellation of contract, advertising cost and costs for any repair work.
