We feel reviews are an important part of the selection process; it's one thing to know what type of services a company will offer you, but it's quite another to know the quality in which they perform these services. You as an owner or investor have a right to know how others would rate a company they have had experience with and you also have the right to tell us about your experience.
You can rate a property management company based on 6 criterias:

Knowledge
- Services provided
- Communication
- Response Time
- Maintenance
- Resolving Problems
Then a simple "Would you recommend" Yes or No
We do ask that you be honest and base your review on your overall experience with a company and not one particular incident.
